Sarah has extensive experience in commercial litigation and construction spanning in total over 20 years, building up considerable skills in dealing with a wide range of dispute resolution matters.
Sarah has experience in High Court proceedings in the TCC as well as adjudication, arbitration and ADR including mediation.
Sarah's arbitration experience includes working on complex and long-running arbitrations and was involved in preparing submissions to the arbitrator, making interim applications, attending trial and finally attending a cost assessment hearing.
Sarah has experience in working on large, high value, complex disputes with a focus on assisting clients to resolve disputes in a commercial, cost-effective and efficient way.
