A member of the Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring team, Elizabeth represents lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions. Her experience spans corporate finance, cross-border finance, and real estate finance. Elizabeth regularly represents development finance institutions in international financing transactions, particularly within emerging markets, across a variety of sectors. She also regularly assists corporate clients with their supply of goods and services, non-disclosure agreements, and other complex procurement needs. Her approach to client counseling is informed by her in-house experience as a long-time secondee on the commercial legal team of a multinational consumer packaged goods company.
Elizabeth also has experience advising clients on healthcare regulatory compliance matters, including Stark, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and Certificate of Need requirements
