SAN FRANCISCO (June 5, 2023) – Lewis Roca is relocating its office in the Bay Area from Silicon Valley to the heart of the financial district in San Francisco in a move designed to plant the firm alongside its growing community of clients.
The firm’s attorneys in the Bay Area provide counsel to a wide variety of companies, including retail, medical devices, biotechnology and pharmaceutical, artificial intelligence and robotics, electronics, telecommunications, transportation and infrastructure, financial services, and computer systems and software.
“Moving from Silicon Valley to San Francisco underscores our firm’s growing ability to service clients beyond technology and intellectual property,” said Lauren Schneider, managing partner of Lewis Roca’s California offices. “We are committed to meeting the needs of our clients exactly where they are located.”
The new office at 100 Pine Street is large enough to accommodate growth in the region and will also provide further expansion opportunities with a dedicated workspace, including six forward-thinking “hoteling” offices that allow its attorneys to meet the demands of fast-moving innovators. The new office features city and bay views, access to neighborhood amenities, and convenient transportation options to create an appealing work environment.
“We are aggressively recruiting top talent in the Bay Area,” said Kenneth Van Winkle, Lewis Roca’s managing partner. “We are looking for attorneys who are passionate about the law, committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and seeking a platform to help them achieve their professional goals.”
