DENVER (December 20, 2024) – Lewis Roca announced that Mary B. Pucelik has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as Of Counsel in Denver.
Pucelik brings extensive experience representing clients in complex insurance disputes. Focusing on both first-party and third-party insurance defense, she has successfully defended insurers against claims involving property damage, bodily injury, and coverage disputes. Additionally, she is highly skilled in handling bad faith claims, drawing on her in-depth knowledge of insurance law and strategic litigation techniques to secure favorable outcomes for her clients.
Known for her meticulous case preparation and persuasive courtroom advocacy, Pucelik has represented insurers in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. She handles all aspects of insurance litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations to trials and appeals. Her clients value her ability to navigate complex policy language, regulatory requirements, and claims handling practices, ensuring a strong defense against even the most complex allegations.
Pucelik earned her J.D. from Lewis & Clark, Northwestern School of Law, and her B.A. from Columbia University. She is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, and Oregon.
