Joe Whitley to Speak at ABA International White Collar Crime Institute

Joe Whitley, Chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Criminal Investigations practice, will take part in the American Bar Association’s International White Collar Crime Institute, which takes place Oct. 12-13 in London.

Whitley and International White Collar Institute Chair Nina Marino will co-host a special live edition of the White Collar Talks with Nina Marino and Joe Whitley podcast. Their guest will be Suzi Ring, Legal Correspondent for Financial Times.

Since 2012 the International White Collar Crime Institute has brought together top-flight legal practitioners from across the globe to discuss hot button issues, including international money laundering and sanctions, cross-border evidentiary concerns, international internal investigations, and more. This year, the agenda will focus on what it means to practice white collar crime on the global stage in the age of geopolitical turmoil.
