TYSONS, Va. (June 26, 2023) – Womble Bond Dickinson announced today that Mariam W. Tadros has joined the firm’s Business Litigation group as a partner in northern Virginia. With more than 15 years of experience handling business litigation matters, Tadros has negotiated multi-million-dollar contract claims and obtained dismissals of claims on behalf of prominent organizations, associations, and individuals.
Tadros focuses her practice on managing shareholder, estate, real estate, non-compete and dissolution-related disputes, as well as breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and other claims on behalf of government contractors. She also represents clients in employment litigation, including charges brought before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Human Rights Commission, and wage and hour disputes.
“First chair, complex disputes trial lawyers are few and far between, and Mariam is both. She will be a fantastic addition to our team,” said Chris Jones, who leads the Business Litigation Practice Group and serves on the firm’s Global Board. “Her addition marks another milestone in the terrific growth trajectory of Womble’s dispute resolution practice, and we are delighted to have such an accomplished lawyer help to expand our capabilities in Virginia and across the D.C. Metro area.”
