Womble Bond Dickinson Partner and Global Board Member Stephanie Yarbrough has been elected to the Charleston Regional Development Alliance’s Executive Committee of its Board of Directors, and also as the Board’s Compliance Officer.  The CRDA has an approximately 100 member Board of Directors and is made up of a combination of private and public leaders supporting global business in the Charleston region.  Yarbrough will serve a one-year term in these roles.

Yarbrough has guided clients in some of the biggest economic development deals in the Southeastern U.S.  She has extensive experience advising companies across a wide range of industries, including corporate headquarters, manufacturing, datacenters, distribution and large office deals. 

She worked at the Charleston Regional Development Alliance in the late 1990s while earning her Master’s in Public Administration degree and before moving to Texas to attend law school.  

“My love and passion for global business first started during my time at the CRDA,” Yarbrough said. “That led me to my current career as a corporate lawyer where my focus is on economic development, and I’m excited to be able to give back to this organization that has meant so much not only to our community and our state, but to me personally.”
