Morgan Patterson Elected to IWIRC Board of Directors

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Morgan Patterson has been elected to the 2023 Board of Directors of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). Patterson joins the board as an At Large Director.

Patterson’s practice focuses on corporate bankruptcy and creditor’s rights in complex Chapter 11 proceedings. Patterson represents debtors, creditors’ committees, lenders, bondholders, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidation trustees, landlords, asset-purchasers, and other interested entities in various bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation proceedings. Her bankruptcy work includes a wide range of litigation and transactions, and she also is experienced in cross-border insolvency proceedings. She practices in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Wilmington, Del. office.

For more than 30 years, IWIRC has been connecting women in the restructuring and insolvency professions. IWIRC has more than 1,700 members worldwide. Patterson is a long-time member of IWIRC’s Delaware Network.
