Tim has 30 years of experience as a trademark lawyer. He concentrates his practice on prosecuting domestic and foreign trademark applications and managing global trademark portfolios on behalf of his clients.

Tim has served on the editorial boards of the Maine Law Review, the Fletcher Forum and the Trademark Reporter. His doctoral dissertation focused on trademark law, and he has published articles on the subject in legal journals. He also is the author of a book on the gray market and U.S. trademark law.
