Taylor Jones focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights in both federal and state courts. She also has experience representing real estate clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions ranging from credit facilities and financing modifications to commercial leases and purchase/sale agreements.
While in law school, Taylor completed an internship at a publicly traded real estate investment trust where she gained valuable experience in drafting various parts of commercial lease renewals, amendments, and securities filings. Taylor also acquired developer-side insights as a member of the office partner of an ongoing mixed-use project. Additionally, she conducted legal research on a variety of topics including proposed SEC rules and the formation of several legal entities.
