Sarah specialises in professional indemnity work primarily in relation to valuers, solicitors, financial advisors, estate agents and accountants.
She has extensive experience in dealing with surveyors' negligence claims, in particular, claims brought by lenders against valuers. In addition, Sarah deals with all aspects of overvaluation and undervaluation claims and has detailed knowledge of claims involving subsidence, damp and defects to properties.
Sarah's solicitors' negligence work has encompassed cases dealing with alleged negligence in matrimonial cases, corporate transactions and contentious probate issues.
Sarah also has experience of private health insurance work and has dealt with D&O claims, broker's negligence claims and, more recently, claims brought against financial advisers.
