Sara is part of the Residential team and is based in our Southampton office. Sara's previous experience is centred around residential development acting for housebuilders, promoters and landowners on a variety of transactions including immediate and strategic options, conditional contracts and promotion agreements. Sara also has experience acting for housing associations undertaking stock rationalisation.
