Paul specialises in real estate disputes and advises clients on all aspects of commercial property litigation and residential leasehold management litigation including disputes regarding easements, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, lease renewals, break notices, service charges (including dispensation), right to manage and rights of light. He also has experience advising on property related professional negligence disputes.

Paul’s experience includes advising large transport and retail clients regarding various ongoing issues with their portfolios of properties, advising developers and housebuilders regarding all contentious aspects of the development process and advising large residential portfolio landlords regarding all manner of disputes. He has experience of all aspects of the litigation process, including arbitration and mediation and has experience of litigation before various Courts and Tribunals.

Paul is a member of the Property Litigation Association and has had articles published in the Estates Gazette.
