Nicole Chammas is a member of the Business Litigation practice group in the firm’s Tysons, Virginia office.  She focuses her practice on complex litigation and investigations across a range of industries, including corporate governance, insurance coverage, employment and higher education, and government contracts.  Nicole is experienced in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation risk analysis, discovery, motions practice, and early resolution.  

Nicole brings an in-house perspective to her practice, as, before joining Womble, Nicole served as Resolutions Counsel at a licensed insurance company tailored to education-specific risks.  She began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Loren A. Smith of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Honorable Carroll A. Weimer Jr. of the 31st Judicial Circuit of Virginia.
