Nancy Kumar is a member of Womble Bond Dickinson’s GCSolutions team, which provides affordable on-demand, scalable legal services to corporate law departments and small and medium companies.  Nancy has over 20 years of industry experience in-house counsel roles navigating a wide variety of legal issues including commercial transactions, compliance, data privacy and security, information governance, real estate, electronic discovery, internal investigations, and employment litigation.  

From negotiating substantial commercial agreements for both a Fortune 25 and a Fortune 200 company to providing strategic analysis and risk mitigation strategies, Nancy brings years of hands-on experience to her work with the firm’s clients.  

Nancy has served as a Board member with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Georgia Chapter since 2012 and is the immediate past president (2018).  She also serves as a volunteer attorney with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta where she has participated in various pro bono projects from drafting and revising policies and handbooks to negotiating an intellectual property license and release.  

Nancy is fluent in German.
