Michael Thomas is an Associate in the Business Litigation Practice Group and a member of the Construction Team. Michael has experience in several litigation practice areas, including commercial, labor & employment, professional liability, and financial services. He has litigated cases involving breach of contract, employment, and tort claims throughout Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Michael also worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Dominique Callins in the Court of Appeals of Virginia. In that role, he was responsible for drafting opinions on a wide range of civil and criminal matters.
