
Mary Lou Fry, a member of Womble Bond Dickinson’s GCSolutions team, advises domestic and international companies on a wide range of matters, including joint ventures, compliance, operational management, corporate formation and records, and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice focuses on the energy industry, with emphasis in areas such as upstream oil and gas and renewable energy projects.
Mary Lou brings over 34 years of experience to benefit her clients. She has previously served in roles such as Managing Attorney (for the Renewable Energy Legal Group, as well as the US Exploration & Production Legal Group) for Equinor USA, Vice President and General Counsel for Torch Energy Advisors, and Staff Attorney for Shell E&P Group.
