Madison Waller is a member of the firm’s business litigation practice group, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation.  Madison uses her federal clerkship experience to counsel clients and deliver strategic resolutions to a wide range of business disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Madison served as a law clerk to the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, where she gained valuable insight in judicial process, litigation practice and civil procedure.

Madison graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Madison served as Symposium Editor of the North Carolina Law Review and was a Board Member of the school’s Pro Bono Program. Prior to attending law school, Madison earned her bachelor’s degree in economics, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
