Lee has practiced law for over 30 years with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is a trusted counselor with deep healthcare legal and compliance knowledge and is experienced in healthcare regulatory compliance, employment law, privacy and data governance, physician contracting, fraud and abuse laws, corporate governance and general contract negotiation.
Lee previously served as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer for Novant Health, a large healthcare system in the southeast, after moving from the company’s legal department where she served as Assistant General Counsel for over a decade. She has also served as Associate General Counsel for North Carolina Baptist Medical Center. In addition to her roles in the healthcare industry, Lee was Assistant County Attorney for the County of Chesterfield, Virginia and began her practice in business litigation. Lee is a trusted advisor, providing value to clients with practical and efficient solutions.
