Laurie Dawson is a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. She focuses her practice on a wide range of real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Assistant General Counsel for 17 years for a developer of multi-family and single-family projects, commercial properties, and a property management company. In this role, Laurie was responsible for securing construction loan financing and permanent financing for significant projects. She also established commercial associations and HOA/POAs and drafted complex cost sharing agreements within large multi-use projects.
