Kevin Ahlstrom works on a range of intellectual property matters, primarily focused on patent prosecution. Kevin has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to a wide variety of technologies, including autonomous transportation, electronic financial transactions, virtual reality, information retrieval, user-interface design and functionality, radar antennas, and millimeter-wave communication networks, among others. 

With a background in electrical engineering, Kevin worked as a patent examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, working on electrical systems and devices, with particular emphasis on circuit boards, electrical housing, and control circuits. He also has litigation experience in claim construction, invalidity and non-infringement analysis, as well as motion practice.
