Keith is a member of the Finance and Investment Team. He has a broad range of commercial property experience acting for parties in the acquisition and disposal of a large range of commercial properties including industrial estates, offices, retail parks and high street stores.
Keith regularly deals with a variety of landlord and tenant matters which includes the grant of leases and associated management work.
Keith is also part of a dedicated team acting for major SIPP providers in acquiring and disposing of commercial properties on behalf of their SIPP members.
Experience
Keith's experience includes:
- Acting on leasehold, sale and lease management work for large pension funds
- Acting on the purchase of an office park for a property investment company for a value more than £4 million.
