As part of the the firm’s General Counsel’s Office, Kathryn Karacia works as Legal Conflicts Counsel and supports the firm’s ethics and professional responsibility efforts. Kathryn advises the firm on legal issues involving conflicts of interest in the course of client representation and lateral and personnel hiring.
Kathryn has previously served as a civil litigation and product liability attorney. She has also worked as a research analyst.
