A project manager and legal operations professional, Joseph provides operational and client support for the Medical and Scientific Solutions and Case Management Facility teams at WBD. In the Business Manager role, his responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day operations, evaluating workflows, implementing process efficiencies, and strategic initiatives. With a keen focus on innovation and process improvement, Joseph works collaboratively with clients and firm departments to improve outcomes and enhance value delivery through technology and data analysis.
Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration from Appalachian State University and is a Certified Associate in Project Management ® as well as a Notary Public. He is actively involved in the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) where he serves on the Legal Project Management committee. Prior to joining the firm in 2018 he worked in economic development and operations management.
