Jenny is a specialist employment lawyer who has a wide range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious work.

She has litigated many types of case both in the employment tribunal and the civil courts, representing and guiding clients through the litigation process, including mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.

She takes a sensible and level –headed approach to dealing with disputes, to ensure that the client’s position is maximised while keeping costs and disruption to a minimum.

Jenny has substantial experience in advising on the management of change, including the management of collective redundancy consultation and transactions involving the application of TUPE and related risks.

She also specialises in advice on the full range of employment law issues, including difficult grievances and other disputes, sensitive disciplinary issues and the negotiation of settlement agreements.
