Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in the pensions team in September 2012, having completed her training contract with the firm.
She acts for both employer and trustee clients on a wide range of pension matters including scheme documentation exercises, scheme merger and closure projects and other liability management exercises.
She is part of the Public and Voluntary Sector Unit, within the pensions team, and has experience of advising charities and other not-for-profit organisations, principally in relation to schemes administered by The Pensions Trust.
Jennifer has been involved in a number of projects advising private sector employers on the pensions aspects of public sector outsourcing and complex separation programmes.
She also has experience of acting for employers in relation to member complaints and disputes, including Pensions Ombudsman matters.
Jennifer is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
