Jason’s practice focuses on matters related to patent preparation and prosecution. He has a technical background in Electrical Engineering and specializes in a variety of technologies, including 5G NR, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, graphics processing, display processing, etc. Jason also has diverse experience in a range of software applications and related technologies, such as autonomous vehicle software and associated LiDAR technologies. His experience also includes familiarity with software applications in industries such as healthcare, oil/gas, the technology sector, etc., as well as familiarity with artificial intelligence/machine learning applications. Jason has counselled a range of clients from small start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies. He has assisted in client matters related to both national and international patent protection.
