Imogen trained with Womble Bond Dickinson before qualifying into the commercial team in March 2018. Her role focusses on IT and technology specific contracts, dealing with scenarios ranging from large-scale outsourcing procurement exercises and IT infrastructure projects, to discreet work such as website terms and conditions and data access arrangements.
She has experience of both public and private commercial requirements, and has worked with highly regulated sectors such as the insurance and banking industries.
Examples of experience include advising:
- a government funded innovation centre on the drafting of its terms and conditions for the educational and corporate use of an amalgamated data set
- on various software as a service agreements and software licensing arrangements for the retail, banking and insurance industries
- the Ministry of Justice on a draft services contract regarding the outsourcing of accommodation and related services, including IT infrastructure, as part of a procurement exercise.
