Heather Chiovaro defends corporate clients in complex product liability, class action and mass torts litigation.

Her litigation experience includes product liability cases involving asbestos and personal injury claims. She has represented companies in the auto tire and building product industries.

Currently, Heather focuses her practice on the construction industry, representing developers, design professionals, contractors and construction product manufacturers. She also handles construction defect litigation that can range from water intrusion and building envelope damage claims to representing clients in construction contract mandated AAA arbitration and mediation.

Heather represents these clients in resolving disputes, including representing companies in construction litigation.

Heather started as a paralegal at Womble Bond Dickinson and then decided to attend law school. While in law school, Heather continued working at Womble as a product liability/mass torts litigation paralegal. In that role, she worked with many of the same companies she has represented as an attorney
