Harry is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Team and is based in London.
His practice is primarily non-contentious, advising a range of stakeholders (including office-holders, creditors, directors and shareholders) on their rights and remedies in insolvent and distressed situations.
Harry has experience of acting for lenders on restructuring and refinancing transactions, as well as receivable-based lending and real estate finance transactions. He has advised banks on lending and taking security over the assets of distressed businesses. More generally, he has advised on a range of insolvency issues, including the enforceability of retention of title provisions and the prospects of challenging antecedent transactions under the Insolvency legislation.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Harry worked at a firm of insolvency practitioners, where he was responsible for case progression on a range of administrations, liquidations, bankruptcies and other insolvency processes.
