Frances joined the firm in 2016 as a real estate practice development lawyer. She has many years' experience in this area having previously worked in an equivalent role at a leading City firm.

Her focus is on ensuring that the firm's real estate lawyers are trained and kept up to date on developments in real estate (new case law, legislation and practice changes).  She also works to maintain and develop the department's collection of precedents to ensure that they are of an excellent standard whilst also adding commercial value.

Frances also strives to convert the knowledge and experience gained internally into external guidance for clients and contacts through newsletters, briefings and seminars. She works with the real estate partners to support both real estate department and real estate sector initiatives.

She is a member of the Association of Practice Support Lawyers.
