He has extensive experience advising and collaborating with in-house patent counsel for various clients on US and foreign patent matters, conducting invention disclosure meetings to identify patentable subject matter in invention disclosure documents, preparing claim charts in view of 3GPP standards and preparing Ex Parte Reexaminations.
In addition, Eric is skilled in providing product and packaging clearance opinions, trademark clearance opinions, and patent infringement opinions for a wide range of retail products for a global retailer. His expertise covers various technologies, including wireless communications, 6G, 5G NR, 4G LTE, AI/ML, software solutions, medical devices, and mechanical devices.
