Elazar focuses his practice on chapter 11 bankruptcy and complex corporate and commercial litigation. Elazar finds novel and creative solutions to gain leverage and maximize value for debtors and creditors throughout the chapter 11 process. Elazar also has experience representing clients in fraud and corporate governance disputes in Delaware Chancery Court and Bankruptcy Court. In particular, Elazar has litigated breach of fiduciary duty actions, fraudulent transfer, fraud, and high-stakes breach of contract disputes. 

He previously served as a law clerk for Office of Attorney General of Maryland and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Matthew H. Solomson in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
