
Danielle is experienced in representing and advising clients in a variety of tax-exempt and taxable debt financings in connection with private placements and public offerings. She has served as bond counsel, trustee counsel and issuer counsel in public finance transactions including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, commercial papers and notes and various economic development projects. Her clients include cities, counties, governmental authorities, 501c(3) entities, investment banks, private companies, large real estate development companies and other financial institutions. Danielle is also experienced in drafting, negotiating and facilitating terms related to financing of tax-exempt bond transactions for airports, other governmental facilities and infrastructure, public-private partnerships (PPPs) and providing general corporate advice to nonprofit corporations and governmental authorities. She has also defended businesses and professionals in litigation claims and successfully adjudicated cases on motion.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Danielle served as a corps member with Teach for America and served as a teacher in schools across the US, China and India.
