Chris joined the firm in December 2013 as a paralegal within the onshore flex team after graduating from Exeter University with a degree in History and Philosophy and completing the GDL and LPC at BPP law school in Bristol.
Chris led the insurance and employment sub-teams within the flex team, but carried out work for a variety of other departments.
Additionally, Chris coordinated large-scale tasks such as preparing a bundle in excess of 100 lever arch files. He also assisted during the hearing for the same matter and went on brief secondments to aid established clients.
He recently started as a trainee solicitor.
Examples of experience include advising:
- A landlord on their health & safety obligations in respect of a property they were offering to lease
- Providing assistance in a high profile health & safety prosecution following a fatal chemical explosion
- Project managing part of the disclosure stage of a multi-million pound international construction dispute.
