Chloe is an Associate in the firm's Employment team.

Based in Edinburgh after training in Bristol, Chloe works on a truly cross-office basis, supporting a range of public and private sector clients across many different industries. Chloe advises on all aspects of UK employment law and has significant experience defending complex Employment Tribunal claims. Chloe has successfully managed discrimination, TUPE and whistleblowing matters, impressing clients with her practical and commercial approach. Her practice also includes disciplinary and grievance management, organisational change, corporate support and employee terminations.

Drawing on her previous career as a teacher, Chloe is adept at bringing order to chaos, and moving casework forward in an efficient and client-friendly fashion. Chloe also advises employees facing workplace disputes and negotiating departures. She works closely with individuals to ensure their wellbeing, reputation and financial needs are strategically prioritised.

Having gained in-house experience through her secondment to the legal team of a national public sector organisation, Chloe enjoys building strong relationships with clients, and developing her understanding of their business operations. This supports the achievement of desired outcomes whilst minimising legal risk. Chloe regularly supports clients with managing live and challenging Employee Relations issues. She reviews and drafts contract and policy suites, tailored to each client's unique set of circumstances, and prepares and negotiates settlement agreements for senior terminations.

Chloe sits on the panel of the firm's women's network, WBD Thrive, speaks at industry events, and provides bespoke training to clients.
