As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice, Ashley assists clients in a wide range of matters including regulatory, joint ventures and collaboration, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG). Her experience includes conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, assisting with investigations, and providing Spanish translation services. She has also worked on criminal defence cases, real estate matters, and appellate advocacy. In March of 2024, Ashley wrote briefs and argued in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals as a part of the University of Colorado’s Appellate Advocacy Practicum.
