*Amy Yoon is not licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. She is supervised by attorneys licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.
Amy focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation involving contracts, business torts, and consumer financial services. Her real estate cases often involve environmental issues, including compliance with hazardous materials cleanup and transportation. Amy also has experience with white collar matters, responding to government subpoenas, and antitrust and consumer protection laws for class action litigation.
Before joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Amy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael O’Keefe at the Superior Court for the District of Columbia where she gained valuable insight in the judicial decision-making process. Amy assisted on a variety of high-asset cases involving the intricate detangling of trusts and business entities.
Amy is also proficient in Korean.
