Amie is highly experienced in landlord and tenant matters and manages large portfolios for funds and corporate clients working closely with their asset managers, in-house legal and property teams and external advisors.

Examples of experience include advising:
  • Private Trustees - £22.75million sale of 3 freehold office investments
  • A Logistics Company – intercompany transfer of 40 separate properties (freehold and leasehold) within a tight timescale with a strict requirement to avoid contingent liabilities
  • An Oxford based Developer -  negotiation and project management of a disposal of multiple ground rent investments across 6 sites in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire affecting 500 residential units and long leasehold commercial elements. Completions were staggered to reflect the build programme of new developments and the project involved complex issues concerning retention of parts of the sites, negotiation of easements within the larger estates (including knock on changes to 3rd party owned estate management structure) as well as escrow arrangements to cater for potential section 106 post development appraisal liability.
