Nabeal Sunna focuses his practice on construction litigation. He counsels owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and engineers in construction disputes. Drawing on his experience in the construction industry and education in mechanical engineering, Nabeal brings a comprehensive perspective and understanding to construction and engineering disputes.

Before attending law school, Nabeal worked in the engineering and construction group of an international mining company. During his career as a mechanical engineer, Nabeal was intimately involved in every stage of the construction of large scale commercial projects, from feasibility and design phases all the way through to commissioning. As an engineer, Nabeal’s work also included the structural and mechanical modification of critical equipment infrastructure to ensure production, safety, and reliability goals were realized. Nabeal later joined the estimating group of a large scale construction company, focusing on the pre-construction and design phase of industrial construction projects.

Nabeal is also a registered U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) patent agent, and counsels clients in intellectual property creation and protection strategies.
