DENVER (February 21, 2024) – Lewis Roca is pleased to announce that Justin T. Winquist has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as Of Counsel in Denver.

Winquist focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, defending national property and casualty insurance carriers in individual cases and class actions throughout his career.  Winquist is also experienced in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, class actions, appeals, personal injury, and product liability. While Winquist primarily focuses on defense, his experience in litigating cases from both defense and plaintiff perspectives in state and federal courts around the country and in private arbitrations gives him unique insights that aid in achieving favorable settlements and dismissing claims early to mitigate litigation expenses. In cases where litigation persists, he adeptly navigates clients through all stages, from pre-trial to appeals.

Winquist received his J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and his B.S. from Northwestern University. He is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Montana.
