With over four decades of experience, Cole, a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, specializes in traditional labor law, employment law, and litigation. His ‎practice is limited to exclusive representation of employers in both the private and public ‎sectors, including gaming, health care, public agencies, construction companies, and many more.

In addition to his recent recognition by Nathan Adelson Hospice, Cole consistently garners accolades for his leadership in labor and employment law and litigation. He actively participates in professional organizations such as the Employment Law Alliance, Clark County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
