Womble Carlyle attorney Mike Hardy has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Maryland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

In addition, Hardy will serve on the Board’s Executive Committee.

Founded in 1954, the Association for Corporate Growth has 59 chapters and 14,500 members around the world. ACG serves 90,000 investors, executives, lenders and advisers to growing Middle Market companies. ACG’s mission is to drive Middle Market growth.

Mike Hardy has extensive experience representing public and private investment funds, senior and junior debt lenders and operating companies in connection with a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, offerings of debt and equity securities, credit facilities, joint ventures and licensing and technology agreements. Hardy’s multidisciplinary practice also includes counseling companies regarding compliance with federal and state securities laws and other regulatory issues, as well as advising companies and their boards of directors with regard to general corporate matters. He practices in Womble Carlyle’s Baltimore office.
