Womble Carlyle attorney Beth Jones has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Jones will serve on the Board’s Finance Committee.

The mission of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce is to sustain and further develop a thriving economy and to enhance the community's quality of life. As the Triangle’s largest business membership organization with more than 2,300 member firms representing two-thirds of the private sector employment in Wake County, the Chamber supports the interests of the local business community.

Beth Jones counsels employers on labor and employment matters, including compliance and risk mitigation efforts. Beth also is a leader in the firm’s Education Law practice, helping colleges, universities and secondary schools in meeting legal challenges specific to education. Jones practices in Womble Carlyle’s Raleigh office.
