CHARLOTTE, NC—Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Najla Long has been appointed to the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section Counsel. She will serve a three-year term.
In addition, Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Brian Hayles serves as the 2018-19 Section Chair of the NCBA Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section. Brian was recently recognized for his service at the Section’s Annual Meeting.
The Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section serves lawyers who practice in the areas of antitrust and trade regulation as well as complex business litigation, including class actions and business torts. The Section is concerned primarily with issues relating to unfair and deceptive trade practices and antitrust regulation.
Najla Long guides hospitals, health systems and other healthcare providers in antitrust and competition issues. She has particular experience advising public and private companies in merger and acquisition issues involving the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
