ATLANTA—Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Laura Kees is the newest member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Kees replaces Steve Dunlevie, who retired from Womble Bond Dickinson earlier this summer. She officially began her tenure at the Board’s August 21 meeting.

For over 100 years the Georgia Chamber of Commerce has worked to keep, grow and create jobs to make Georgia a better state for business. The Chamber’s advocacy, policy and thought leadership help ensure Georgia’s economic competitiveness, attract new investments as well as promote growth and prosperity. As the state’s largest business advocacy organization, the Chamber’s areas of focus include both state and federal issues.

Laura Kees is a Partner in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Atlanta office. She concentrates her practice on managing trademark and copyright portfolios; counseling clients on risks associated with proposed names and marks; evaluating when applications for domestic and/or international registration should be filed and advising how and when to maintain those registrations.
