Charleston, SC—Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP attorney, David McCormack was recertified by the Supreme Court of South Carolina as a specialist in Employment and Labor Law effective October 19, 2017. David has been a certified specialist for nearly 25 years.
Employment and Law Specialists must report compliance and are obligated to complete CLE and LEPR credits annually. The Specialist must also remain substantially involved in the practice of employment and labor law.
David B. McCormack has represented employers for more than 35 years. David’s clients include a variety of industry sectors such as manufacturers, retailers, banks, hospitality-related companies and high tech entities. He advises management with regard to employment contracts, restrictive covenants or terminations, and defends against discrimination, discharge, or wage claims. David is a member of both the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and the American Employment Council.
