Brent Clinkscale is a veteran litigator and advocate in both trials and arbitrations and has tried numerous cases in both federal and state courts. Clinkscale’s concentration is in business litigation, including both domestic and international arbitrations. He is a partner in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Greenville, S.C. office. He serves on the AtlAS Executive Committee of and is a member of the consulting group for the American Law Institute Restatement of the U.S. Law on International Commercial Arbitration. Also as a member of the International Arbitration Committee of the ABA Section of International Law, Clinkscale is serving as co-editor for the Committee’s 2018 newsletter which will be a series of articles on the impact of the Restatement of the US Law on International Commercial Arbitration.
