GREENSBORO, N.C.—Womble Bond Dickinson has a long association with the National Conference for Community and Justice of the Piedmont Triad, Inc. (NCCJ) and once again, lawyers from the firm attended the NCCJ 51st Annual Brotherhood/Sisterhood Citation Award Dinner.

This year’s Citation Award Dinner took place Nov. 9 at the Koury Convention Center. Dr. Tom Haggai and Rev. Julie Peeples were this year’s honorees for their efforts to build community ties across cultural lines and promote justice for all citizens.

The Womble Bond Dickinson table included NCCJ Board Member Kristina Schwartz and spouse Reed Emmons, Judge Frank Bullock and spouse Frances Bullock, Jack Hicks and spouse Sharon Hicks, JD Wooten, Takira Dale (Teach for America), and Karyn Pleasant (Teach for America). The firm was an Inclusion Champion sponsor of the event.
