Veteran IP strategist Joseph Bach is the newest member of Womble Carlyle’s Silicon Valley team.
Bach works with companies to build strategic IP portfolios, negotiate and complete IP transactions, and defend clients in IP litigation. He represents clients in the materials, semiconductor, chip testing and debugging, solar, communications, software, hardware, devices and automotive industries.
In addition, companies turn to Bach for guidance in international IP and patent enforcement. He has particular experience in the Chinese market. Bach is a frequent speaker and writer on IP topics.
Bach is a member of the Advisory Board for Silicom Ventures, LLC.
